Wil torch worked this at the High Tide studio on Anacapa Street — 16 inches of 50mm tubing with a 5mm wall, which is the kind of weight you feel before you notice anything else about it.

The color is silver slyme: it collects along the lip wrap and runs down the beaker in raised dots that catch light from the side. Between them the glass is carved by hand, and a particle collider marble sits on the front. It comes with a removable 18mm downstem and a 14mm bowl.

This is a piece Wil makes, not a one-off he made once. The form is his, the proportions are worked out, and he builds them in a range of sizes and colorways. Want this shape with your own color accent? He'll make it — call or direct message the gallery and tell him what you're after.

  • Height: 16 inches
  • Tubing: 50mm diameter, 5mm wall
  • Joint: removable 18mm downstem, 14mm bowl
  • Color: silver slyme accents, may vary based on availability — other accent colors made to order
  • Technique: hand carving, linework marble, color lip wrap
  • Made by Wil Glass at the High Tide studio, Santa Barbara

Hand blown, so no two come out identical. Color may vary based on availability: if this color is out of stock when you order, we will contact you and let you know what's available.
