Shipping from High Tide, Santa Barbara

Every order ships from our gallery at 334 Anacapa St #1, Santa Barbara, CA.

• Shipping is a flat $40 anywhere in the US, whatever you order. That covers USPS with full insurance and signature confirmation — glass travels one way, and we'd rather it travel covered.
• Processing: orders ship within 2 business days. You'll get tracking the moment the label prints.
• Packing: glass is double-boxed and packed by the people who made it. We photograph every piece before it goes in the box.
• Local pickup is free — choose it at checkout and grab your piece at the gallery, open 10am–8pm every day.
• Arrived damaged? Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the piece and the packaging and we'll make it right. (This is the exception to our all-sales-final policy — transit damage is on us, not you.)
• International: we do ship internationally, but the flat $40 is a US rate. Customs forms and export paperwork also add a few days before the package leaves — email us before ordering and we'll confirm what shipping to your country costs and how long it takes. Duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
