In daylight this is a tri pod rig. Multi color reversal work pops in the light, when you add the UV light hidden lines appear throughout the piece. Under a blacklight the hidden lines show themselves: the whole piece glows pink, green and violet, and line work you could not see a moment before is suddenly there. That is the idea behind the name. Tri pod rigs stand on three feet.

This is the piece Hampton made for the Santa Barbara Mini Mixer 3, the gallery show we hosted on April 27, 2024: 74 entries from 52 artists, everything six inches and under. Signed and dated 2024. It comes as a set: the rig, a removable 10mm diffuser, the matching jar, a matching directional carb cap, and the show's SBMM3 mood mat.
